Chapter 2

There was a knock on Sari's door. "Sari? Hey, you weren't answering any of Ratchet's calls, you okay in there?" Bumblebee's voice drifted through the door, sounding concerned.
"She hasn't come out since last night, she should be in there." Professor Sumdac told 'Bee as he fiddled with the door. "Darnit. I told her not to change the password for the keypad… there!"
The door slid open, revealing Bumblebee crouching beside the professor, and both looking worried. The professor entered first, and Bee managed to slip around behind him.
They looked around the room, realizing instantly that Sari was not there. Her bed was still made, though rumpled as if she'd laid on top of it. Her media-player was strewn across her pillow as if she'd just tossed it aside moments ago.
"I don't understand, she couldn't have left, the door was still locked from the inside." The professor mused. "You don't think she could have gone out for a flight… Bumblebee?" He  looked over at the robot, who had something clenched in his fist. Bumblebee's optics were wide and fearful.
"We have to get to boss-bot." Bumblebee held out a hand for the professor. "Sari's in deep trouble."

Sari opened her optics, blinking in the warm darkness. She tried to sit up, but managed a slight crouch after hitting her head on something. She had the claustrahobic sense that she was in an inclosed space, and couldn't effectively transform while crouched like this. Well, not without getting caught in her own armor.
"Finally. I was beginning to think I'd used too big of an EMP charge." Came a familiar voice.
"You." Sari craned her neck around, searching in the darkness. "Where are you? Or are you too chicken to give me a fair fight?"
"There's a difference between cowardess and strategy, honey." Blackarachnia said slyly.
"So you're still sticking to option number one, then?"
Sari heard Blackarachnia sigh heavily. "If you insist on jabbering about how inferior my methods are, I can gladly sedate you again. You don't have to be conscious for this, I suppose…"
Sari growled, but kept her mouth shut. Whatever the spider was planning, she wanted to be awake to witness, and hopefully put a stop to.
"So, how much longer until your little master plan, cuz I'm getting cramped up down here." Sari said after a few moments silence.
"Do you ever cease complaining? Oh wait, that's when you're being a know-it-all, that's right."
Sari was about to retort when she was cut off.
"Wow, you Autobots are so punctual when given incentive."
Sari tried to straighten but her head hit some sort of ceiling. She swore quietly.
"Where is Sari?" Demanded someone. Optimus.
Sari couldn't tell where to direct her planned shout to let them know she was okay. She didn't even get the chance to open her mouth before BlackArachnia started talking again.
"She's close enough. Don't try anything and she'll return in one piece."
Sari decided it was time to start making a distraction. She twisted around in the small space so that she was sitting in a near-fetal position and kicked hard against the side of the enclosure. She heard a feminine 'oomph', but the enclosure held. She managed one more kick before her knees began protesting too much for another hit. She moved on to using her fists and elbows, even driving a knee into the ceiling. She noted mentally that it hurt a lot more without armor. Ow.
Then suddenly her legs were bound together and something sticky secured her arms against her torso. Before she got the chance to cry out another bit of web covered her mouth, gagging her. Slag.
"We brought what you asked, now let her go." Optimus said, obviously trying to stay calm in the face of anger.
"And leave you free to attack me as I make my getaway? I think not. Once I reach my base with the materials, unharmed and not followed, then you will be reunited with your human friend."
There were a few angry calls from the team below, and Sari felt a rush of affection for the team. The rush gave her strength, and she bit down hard on her gag. It was disgusting, but after a few bites the sticky thing gave way.
"Guys!" She yelled. "I'm here! I'm in here!"  Her voice echoed back, magnifying against itself and hurting her ears, but she didn't stop her hollering.
Then her prison began to shift, and suddenly she was pressed against a metal chassis and secured in place by webs. She saw the team and was about to call out to them, but another gag filled her mouth with a fowl taste.
"Seems like your little friend was just in such a hurry to reveal my failsafe. So here it is. You'll load the cargo onto this ship, and if anyone tries to take a shot at me, your little organic gets splattered all over my armor. An elegant solution, don't you think? I may have borrowed the idea from Lord Megatron."
Sari craned her head upwards to see Blackarachnia's chin. Somehow, Sari had been trapped inside of the femme. Ew. Sari cursed herself, because in her rush to be rescued, she'd somehow helped the spider-woman. She knew the Autobots wouldn't dare fire off a shot at her now, especially when Sari couldn't activate her armor, being wrapped up as she was.
"If you hurt her-" Prime took a step forward, his optics narrowing as he reached for his axe.
"Oh, it's not me she has to worry about. I wonder how accurate any of your attacks would be at this distance… or how long it would take for any of you to forgive yourselves if you hit her…" Sari could hear BA smile. Optimus's optics widened, and his faceplate seemed to drain of color.
BlackArachnia's red optics surveyed the team, then the cargo. It was all the supplies she'd need to rebuild her lab. However…
"Where is your yellow scout? I doubt he would miss this, I know how close he is to your organic." BA's eyes narrowed. I can assure you, any sort of sabotage or ambush and I may just forget to be careful around the fragile human. You wouldn't want that, would you?"
Optimus pressed his lips together, and a few moments later there was the sound of shifting and Bumblebee emerged from one of the cargo boxes, refusing to meet Sari's eyes as he sulked back to the rest of the team. Sari smiled slightly, realizing that in the yellow mech's stubbornness, he probably wouldn't have let anyone else try to sneak in but him.
It took only minutes to stock the crates onto the ship. The ship itself was a cargo ship, similar to the ones that Bulkhead often used to get to Dinobot Island. Sari doubted that its owner would be too happy with BA for stealing it. In a matter of minutes BA was standing on the stern of the ship, with the Autobots on the dock, glaring up at her.
"We did what you wanted, BlackArachnia. Now release Sari and we can all just walk away." Optimus tried to reason.
"I wouldn't get a klick before you shot me in the back. I know you Autobots." BA fired a shot, severing the rope tying the ship to dock. "Don't worry, I'll take good care of your Techno-Organic."
It made no sense to Sari. Even if BA took her to the island, Sari would have no way back with out her or one of the Autobots. Sari thought highly of herself when it came to machinery, but she doubted she could steer a Cargo ship back to port. And without her Jetpack, she was grounded. She couldn't even swim, her mask did nothing to block out water to her human lungs…
Unless BA had no intention of letting her go.
The boat's engine started up and the water churned as they began putting distance between themselves and the Autobots. Sari attempted to thrash, but was held back by the web. She yelled out, but all that came out was a muffled sound between her gag. She saw Bumblebee step forward, only to be held back by Ratchet. Bee shook the doctor off, apparently yelling at him. Optimus stepped toward him, as if to calm the young bot. Bee turned his verbal abuse to the leader, instead. Sari could only imagine what they were saying. By now they were smaller than her thumb knuckle in the distance, and fading fast.
"You're a smart girl, so I know you've figured it all out by now." Blackarachnia snapped the webs holding Sari to her chassis. Sari fell to the deck, her arms still secured behind her but her legs free. Sari managed to get to her feet, backing away from BlackArachnia and staring at her with loathing in her eyes.
"They will exile you, just like they did to me. You aren't like them, and they know it." BlackArachina adjusted their heading, looking off into the distance to the island before looking down at Sari. "We're the same, you and I. We're neither robots nor organics, so both will exile us. We need to stick together."
Sari glared at her, and the large Techno-Organic sighed.
"Someday." She said, turning from Sari. "Someday you'll understand."
Sari walked to the stern of the ship and tried to see her Autobot friends. They would come for her, right? They always had. Did they realize that BA wasn't going to give her back yet?
Sari was surprised to find out that she was crying.
It's finally up! After months of procrastination and distractions, chapter 2 is finally up! *dies*

The good thing is that this dragged my muse back to Transformers. I'll work on more updates, then do Portal fics.

Eeeh I hope it's good -_-;
